30 Years of Facility Services. Now, Every System Under One Roof.
In 1996, UCSI Global started as a janitorial company with one contract. Thirty years later, we maintain 85 locations across 16 states — and we’ve expanded from keeping buildings clean to keeping every system in them running: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, and 24/7 emergency response, alongside the janitorial and grounds work we’ve always done.
One contract. One invoice. One number to call.
What We Do
Facility maintenance splits into two categories: the systems that keep a building running (hard services) and the day-to-day upkeep that keeps it presentable (soft services). Most vendors specialize in one. We do both — under a single contract, with a single point of accountability.
Hard services: preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, 24/7 emergency response, HVAC and mechanical, electrical and power, plumbing and water systems, elevator maintenance, building automation and energy management.
Soft services: janitorial and custodial, grounds and exterior maintenance.
Why Facility Directors Work With Us
Deferred maintenance doesn’t announce itself — it shows up later as a blown budget or a building-wide failure. Our preventive maintenance programs are built to catch it early, and our emergency response is built for the moments prevention doesn’t cover.
Trust points: 30 years in business (1996–2026) · 85 locations across 16 states · SDVOSB and DBE certified · Real crews, not subcontracted strangers
Built by People Who’ve Run Operations, Not Just Sold Them
UCSI Global was founded by Willie “Toney” Sellers, Jr. after 20 years of military service. Today it’s led by President & CEO Maximiliano “Max” Pino III, a retired Navy Limited Duty Officer with 23 years of service, alongside COO Julius Ceasar Del Campo, a former Marine with 15+ years in government contract operations.
